QUIKWATER RURAL

QUIKWATER RURAL contains all of the capabilities of the Lite product with enhancements in the billing process, accounting interfaces, automatic meter reading options, and a customer archive file for tracking of previous customers and tenant occupation by service address.

It is designed to provide a billing and collection mechanism for a water utility company that requires customized charge items on their customer bills. The standard charge items of water, sewer, and refuse are augmented by the users' ability to devise custom, recurring charge items that can be individually marked as taxable or not.

There is a choice of bill formats in the Rural product for you to choose from. In addition to printing the bills, QUIKWATER RURAL prints demand type letters and a cut off notice, as well as mailing labels for your customers. The demand letters, cut off notices, and the bill format are user editable using the graphical report generator built into this product.

Other features such as the Membership receivables and bill printing, along with document tracking capabilities for each customer, make QUIKWATER RURAL a versatile system. Included in the Rural product is a Service Ticket subsystem from which you can automatically bill parts and labor for field related repairs and system improvements.

This software provides basic utility billing, service ticket billing, and membership/association billing along with advanced features that include bar charts of water usage for each customer, water loss reporting in both gallons and acre-feet, and on screen, prior period increase/decrease usage calculations.

QUIKWATER RURAL is compatible with any modern day version of Windows, from Win95 all the way through WinXP. Upgrading to QUIKWATER PRO, for those utilities that may outgrow the Rural product is easy and can be accomplished in just a few minutes.
