There are 3 versions of the Water/Sewer based product for various utilities. The products are segmented by level of sophistication, not number of customer connections.
You may evaluate the software before you buy at no cost. We provide real live working software demos, not slide shows. All user manuals and demos are down-loadable from this site.
No need to 'buy ahead'. Select the version that fits your utility now, and upgrade later if you need. The full purchase price of the your software will be credited when you upgrade to a higher version.
We offer a Palm Pilot® /Janam® interface for visual read meters, not a proprietary, expensive solution. We also have interfaces to most of the field units supplied by the meter manufacturers.
There are no hidden costs. All of our proposals include training and any miscellaneous associated costs, even the price of post cards if you decide to get them from us.
You can use any Windows® compatible printer to print your bills and you may use generic postcards or choose from an assortment of letter sized formats and use your own letterhead.
We provide excellent customer service, featuring a toll free phone # and can usually resolve any question within 1 business day. We also can provide an analysis of your data via an import/export facility built into every version of QuikWater.
All QuikWater software products feature an easy to learn, graphical report generator that allows you to customize your bills, demand letters and shut off notices, and all reports can be sent to a variety of file formats.
