QUIKWATER QW5

QUIKWATER QW5 contains all of the capabilities of the Rural product with enhancements in the billing process, and entire accounting subsystem which includes a Chart of Accounts, sophisticated interfaces, historical meter information tracking, and multi meter accounts processing for apartment complexes/condominiums.

It is designed to provide a billing and collection mechanism for a water utility company that requires very sophisticated, customized charge items that be set up with minimums, maximums, a variety of basis of calculations, and a long term debt recovery module, complete with amortization schedules.

There is a choice of bill formats in the Pro product, each customizable by you. In addition to printing the bills, QUIKWATER QW5 prints demand type letters and a cut off notice, as well as mailing labels for your customers. The demand letters, cut off notices, and the bill format are user editable using the report generator built into this product.

Other features such as the Membership receivables and bill printing, along with document tracking capabilities for each customer, make QUIKWATER QW5 a versatile system. Included in the Rural product is a Service Ticket subsystem from which you can automatically bill parts and labor for field related repairs and system improvements.

Receipt printing from both the cash transaction screen, and an automatically generated delinquent list is available in the pro product. Accounting reports for balances remaining on customer by G/L account number and cash activity reports by customer/account are included in the QW5 product.

This software provides utility billing, service ticket billing, and membership/association billing along with advanced features that include bar charts of water usage for each customer, water loss reporting in both gallons and acre-feet, and on screen, prior period increase/decrease usage calculations.

QUIKWATER QW5 is compatible with any modern day version of Windows, from Win95 all the way through WinXP.
