QUIKWATER ULTRA-LITE

QUIKWATER ULTRA-LITE is designed to provide a billing and collection mechanism for the basic water utility. Charge items include water base charge and water usage charge. Account adjustments, service charges, and taxes are also included.

In addition to printing the bills, which are a post card style, QUIKWATER ULTRA-LITE prints both demand type letters and a cut off notice, as well as mailing labels for your customers. The demand letters and cut off notices are user editable using the report generator built into QUIKWATER ULTRA-LITE.

Other features such as the Membership receivables and bill printing, along with document tracking capabilities for each customer, make QUIKWATER ULTRA-LITE an outstanding value. This software provides the basic billing and collection capabilities you need along with advanced features that include bar charts of water usage for each customer, water loss reporting in both gallons and acre-feet, and on screen, prior period increase/decrease usage calculations.

QUIKWATER ULTRA-LITE is compatible with any modern day version of Windows, from Win95 through Windows 7. Upgrades to the Rural or Pro products, for those utilities that may outgrow the ULTRA-LITE product, are easy and can be applied in a matter of a few minutes, at no investment loss.
