The QuikWater line of billing software products utilizes a modern, object oriented language that has been around for over 10 years. These products provide software solutions for a wide range of utilities; we have customers with few as 20 connections and up to 20,000 connections.
This is a true water billing management system with a graphical report generator providing dozens of reports and listings, available for screen previewing and printing. The NET-5 version also includes accounting reports that allow you to track revenue sources by G/L account number for all charge items, adjustments, service charges, late fees, taxes, cash, etc.
The delinquent list tracking mechanism of QuikWater helps you manage your accounts receivable. It provides you with demand letters, shut-off notices, and of course mailing label printing. This allows current amount due tracking throughout the billing cycle and helps improve your cash flow.
All bill formats/reports work with all Windows® compatible printers.
Standard interfaces to portable and vehicle mounted field readers (touch/radio) are available for all common formats in the Rural and NET-5 products. We also provide an interface to PDA (Palm® O/S) products.
